We were chosen to carry out this project by Cruden Construction based upon our solid track record of delivering student accommodation projects. On this project we carried out the drylining, partitions, plastering and suspended ceilings in a combine package worth £1,200,000.
The Laceworks is a 8 storey new build structure providing high quality units with panoramic views over Nottingham. It is located opposite the Nottingham train station and is walking distance to both universities and the city centre. Due to its city centre location, space onsite was very limited so our project team had to work closely with our surveying team to preload the materials per floor as the building was constructed.
On the scheme we installed over 60,000 m2 of plasterboarding and over 30,000 m2 of plastering all to a full Siniat specification.
