This scheme consisted of two blocks, a refurbishment and a new build. The refurbishment will be a conversion of grade II-listed building which has impressive gothic architectural features which was retained and refurbished to provide 91 student beds. The new build block was constructed using a new steel frame structure and provided a further 72 bed student Accommodation.
We carried out the partition, plastering, wall linings and ceiling works using a Siniat full system.
