The Wren House development in Stafford consisted of 80 new one and two bedroom apartments for affordable rent. We carried out the SFS, brick tie channels, metal stud partitions, drylining, suspended ceilings and plastering.
The scheme consisted of designing and then installing the SFS frame, once the external walls were complete we constructed party wall partitions to form the apartments/ build internal walls to form the walls within the apartment. Once all the walls were finished we then finish the rooms with plasterboard mf ceilings and a plaster finish.
We used Kingspan framing for the SFS and a full Siniat system for the internal walls and ceilings. We were awarded this scheme based upon our expertise and solid track record in delivering similar sized schemes and our expert knowledge demonstrated throughout the tender period.
